Redox's healthcare data exchange platform enables healthcare organizations to integrate and exchange patient data across different systems. The existing manual setup process had become a significant bottleneck, with hands-on implementation requirements forcing engineering teams to rely heavily on Redox's support staff rather than independently configuring data exchanges for their healthcare integrations.

I led a team of two designers, three PM's, and several engineers in an initiative to create Redox's first self-service SaaS platform. We interviewed customers, built prototypes, and designed a full end-to-end experience that allows users to get setup and monitor their connections without the help of Redox's support staff.

The project successfully validated the self-service concept and generated enthusiasm across the organization. More importantly, we identified roadmap prioritization challenges and introduced a new collaborative product development process that equipped Redox's team with a framework for tackling complex initiatives going forward.
